For me, working out is a part of my everyday life. Ever since I was a kid when I had a lot on my mind or felt troubled, I would turn to working out. I have a lot of family members and friends that have health issues and they are limited to what they can do because of those health issues. I labeled my brand Jay Culture because me, Jay, as your trainer, I will help you reach the vision you have set for yourself. I want to share what I have learned with others so that you may be able to have a healthy and active lifestyle with your loved ones, friends, and all the people you meet along the way.
I believe that working out has a stigma of doing the same things over and over again, but that is not true. Also, don’t think one workout fits all. We all have different body types and we need to take that into consideration when exercising. You can be creative, make new goals for yourself, and have fun with it. I encourage everyone to workout and understand what you are doing or what it is that you want to accomplish from working out.
So as your trainer, I will make sure you know what you are doing and why.
